In order to to set up a new Employee Service Portal account, you will need the following fives pieces of information: 1. Employee Number 2. First and Last name as it appears on your pay stub 3. Last four digits of your social security number 4. Date of Birth 5. Zip code as it appears on your pay stub. The password you set up must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one upper case letter, one number and one special character. You will also need to create your own three security questions. These questions are personal to you and will be seen only by you.
